Welcome to the world!

I just wanted to let you all know that there is a new little one in this world. Karen had a baby girl last night at 11:55pm, 8 pounds 15 oz. Her name is Olivia Clara. I just wanted to share my excitement! We got a call a little before 1am with the good news. Karen and the baby are doing well and we expect pictures a little later today. I will post them as soon as I can!
