Yes, it's been forever since I've posted. I've been bad lately, sue me.
I'm blogging to you tonight while intoxicated. Yep, drunk blogging. My first. I haven't blogged in a while and I figured I would dust the cobwebs off. What better way to do that then with a lot of alcohol in my system.
I just haven't been in the mood to write here lately. I've been so busy with work, it's really sucking the life out of me. And any free time I have I like to spend it hanging out with the people that mean the most to me and not typing away on here. I get so little free time nowadays. But I can't find a new job, not in this market that is. So, I'll continue to suffer on.
So, back to me being intoxicated. I haven't been drunk in a VERY long time. I've already been telling David how I'm going to be hungover tomorrow. Gotta love a low tolerance! But it's worth it.
David was threatened at work today by another employee. I am livid about this. The circumstances surrounding it are ridiculous and if this guy doesn't get fired or at least moved from where he currently sits I will....well, I don't know what I really can do, let's just say it's a good thing David hasn't told me his full name. Who am I kidding, I wouldn't do anything but I really WANT to do something!
I just can't believe the nerve of this guy and what made him snap like this. It's really all over a window. A freaking window! And if he can freak out about something so minuscule then who knows what he is capable of. It terrifies me to think of what this guy might do.
So, to minimize my rage tonight I decided to have a drink, or two. And I'm not a big drinker anymore. Sure in college I could pound 10 Labatt Blue Ice's in one night but now I have 2 beers and I've got jelly legs. At least I'm a cheap date! I was actually thinking of making jello shots tonight but the last time I had those I found myself rolling on the ground at a bus stop in a 1950's style dress which incidently made me bruise a rib and sent me to the emergency room the next day. But I digress.
This post just took an odd turn, and I'm tired so until next time :)
